DoorZone specialises in the manufacturing of Meranti sectional overhead garage doors, the installation of these doors and the automation there of.

With over 40 different designs and styles to choose from, DoorZone has a door to suit any style of house and individual taste requirements. With the professional and technical knowledge from our sales staff; we will assist you in making the correct choice. Our sales team has extensive knowledge in the garage door industry due to having done garage door installations on a first hand basis.

Supply

Due to DoorZone's nature of business in manufacturing, we supply many smaller door companies our line of products. Thus having a broad base of our products installed across South Africa ensuring that our products are of a higher standard.

House Doors

DoorZone is one of few companies which manufacture house doors to match the look and style of the garage door. Only available for our Custom range only.

Custom

DoorZone can manufacture custom made panels for your sliding, swing or pedestrian gates to match up to your Garage Doors and House Doors

Manufacturing

DoorZone manufactures all the timber sectional overhead garage doors in our range using only hand-selected materials. We proud ourselves in only using solid lengths of meranti in all our timber garage doors. There are no finger joints or laminations in our horizontal lengths of timber. All doors are 32mm thick and all timber is hand selected before assembly to try and give our clients an even colour door (Colours may vary).

Installations

DoorZone’s Door Technicians are all qualified accredited installers with many year's experience between them. They operate on a Sub-Contract basis therefore assuring quality installations and maintaining a high standard. They are capable of installing 3 different jobs a day depending on the sites and other installation factors.

A typical Double Door installation with automation would take approximately 2,5 – 3 hours to complete, as well as 2 single doors and automation would also take approximately 2,5 – 3 hours to complete.

Our production manager is a qualified master carpenter with over 20 year's experience in the timber industry, knowing surely that you receive a quality product that is manufactured to last for many year's to come.

Before leaving the factory each door is weighed and quality inspected prior to being installed.
